ST. CHARLES, Mo. – Saint Louis dropped its final midweek contest of the season, falling 10-1 to Lindenwood on Wednesday evening.
The Billikens struck first in the third inning after loading the bases.
Joey Canzoni singled to bring home
Riley Iffrig and give SLU a 1-0 lead.
Lindenwood answered in the bottom of the inning to tie the game at 1-1.
The Lions took the lead with three runs in the fourth inning before adding two runs in the seventh and four more in the eighth to secure the 10-1 final.
