ST. LOUIS – Saint Louis swimming and diving head coach
Ryan McCoy and his staff will welcome 16 new student-athletes (nine men, seven women) to the Billikens' program this fall.
"When building the roster for this incoming class of Billikens, it was imperative for us to find student-athletes who can compete at the highest level right away," McCoy said. "In addition to this group's competitiveness, it was a big priority to find student-athletes who fit into our athletics department's strategy and commitment to educate, compete and build community.
"With the 14 freshmen and two transfer student-athletes we will welcome to campus in August, I am very confident that this group will be able to deliver a solid energy and work ethic toward themselves and their teammates that will benefit Billiken swimming and diving," McCoy said. "Coming off our huge success last season, this new group will absolutely help our program continue to build our standing in the Atlantic 10 Conference."
