O'FALLON, Ill. - Saint Louis women's tennis did not drop a set in a 7-0 victory over Bradley Friday at St. Clair Indoor Tennis Club.

However, the Billikens (3-0) had to battle to win the doubles point. Casey Miller and Hailee Elmore and Caitlin McKenna breezed to an 8-0 triumph over Ashley Roth and Brigitte Graf at No. 3.

Hollis and Casey Miller ousted Rodefeld 6-0, 6-3 at No. 2, and Nalepa got past McDonagh 6-3, 6-2 at No. 3. The Billikens won by default at No. 6.

"Our players responded well today despite not having played a match in a week," head coach Jonathan Zych said. "They were excited to get out on the court and play, and they were focused.

"We're looking forward to the match at SIU Edwardsville tomorrow," Zych added. "SIUE has improved, so the match should be very competitive."

The Billikens and Cougars meet Saturday, Feb. 5, in Edwardsville. Match time is 3:30 p.m.
