THE BASICS

Jordyn Frantz scored a game-high 18 points to lead Saint Louis to an 83-38 victory over Lipscomb Thursday night at Allen Arena.

•Saint Louis concluded nonconference play with three consecutive wins. The Billikens posted a 10-3 nonconference record for a second consecutive season.

•Lipscomb, a member of the Atlantic Sun Conference, fell to 3-11.

HOW IT HAPPENED

•Saint Louis scored the first 11 points and led 24-7 after the first quarter.

•The Billikens led 48-16 at halftime, their second-largest halftime lead of the season.

•It was 69-22 after three quarters. SLU's largest cushion was 48 points on two occasions in the final stanza.

BILLIKEN NOTABLES

•The Billikens recorded season highs in 3-point field goals (11) and 3-point field goal percentage (11-of-20, 55 percent).

•SLU out-rebounded Lipscomb 49-29.

•The 45-point victory margin was the Billikens' largest since the 2002-03 team defeated Gardner-Webb 105-54.
