OVERVIEW
The Billikens picked up a series win over Dayton with a 5-3 game three win. Senior Devin Mahoney picked up the win for SLU, picking up seven strikeouts in 7.0 IP. Ryan Lefner earned his second save of the series and his eighth of the season. Saint Louis now 23-14 overall and 7-6 in A-10 games.

- Trent Leimkuehler hit his first home run of the year with a two-run shot in the seventh inning to put SLU ahead. He finished the game 2-for-4 with a run scored and three RBIs.
- Jake Garella was 1-for-2 in the contest with an RBI. The freshman is in the midst of a 10-game hitting streak.
- Cole Dubet was 2-for-3 with a run scored.
- On the mound, Devin Mahoney threw 7.0 IP with seven strikeouts, one off his season best. It was his longest outing of the season.
- Ryan Lefner threw 2.0 IP in his second appearance of the series, striking out four. Against Dayton this weekend, he had 10 strikeouts in 4.0 IP. 
- As a staff, the Billikens recorded 36 strikeouts and five walks in 27 IP against the Flyers this weekend. SLU hitters only struck out 12 times, drawing 10 walks.
