THE BASICS

• Saint Louis is the No. 4 seed for the 2020 Atlantic 10 Conference Women's Basketball Championship, taking on No. 1 Dayton Saturday morning.
• With a win over Dayton, the Billikens would advance to the final to take on the winner of No. 2 VCU and No. 3 Fordham on Sunday, March 8, at UD Arena in Dayton, Ohio.
• The winner of the A-10 Championship earns the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Championship.
• Dayton leads the all-time series 32-10 over Saint Louis, including taking both meetings this year, with the most recent game being on the final day of the regular season.


A LOOK AT THE BILLIKENS

• In the previous encounter, Saint Louis rallied in the fourth quarter to pull within one, but Dayton held on to escape Chaifetz Arena with a 78-66 win in the game.
• Four Billikens scored in double figures in the contest, led by Rachel Kent and Ciaja Harbison netting 19 points each.
• Kent scored a career-high 22 points, including 6-of-9 from behind the arc, to lead Saint Louis to a quarterfinal win over No. 5 Massachusetts Friday afternoon.
• The Billikens defeated George Mason 69-61 in the A-10 Championship first round on March 3.
• Three Billikens earned postseason accolades, the league office announced Thursday.
• Harbison was named to the All-Conference first team, Wilken was selected the A-10's Most Improved Player and to the All-Conference third team and Rachel Kent earned an All-Rookie team nod.
• Harbison ranks third in the A-10 in assists (4.2 apg), fourth in minutes (35.9 mpg), sixth in steals (1.6 spg) and seventh in scoring (15.4 ppg).
• Kent's 76 3-point field goals are second in the A-10 and fourth among rookies in the NCAA.
• She's the Billikens all-time leader for a freshman in 3FG, fourth overall in a season.
• Wilken leads the team with five double-doubles and is second on the Billikens with 11.3 points per game.
• Myriama Smith Traore ranks first in the A-10 with 8.7 rebounds per game, and she is one of two Billikens who sit in the league's top seven (Wilken, seventh - 7.5 rpg).


A LOOK AT THE FLYERS

• Dayton heads into the semifinal game with a 23-8 record overall, 12-2 at home.
• In the previous meeting, Jayla Scaife led the Flyers with a game-high 27 points, along with nine rebounds, three assists and two blocks.
• The Flyers took a 79-68 win over Richmond in the quarterfinals.
• The team hit 13 treys against the Spiders, including six from Erin Whalen, who had a team-high 21 points.
• Scaife leads Dayton with 12.9 points and 5.7 rebounds per game on the season.
• Whalen contributes 12.8 points and 4.9 boards per game.
