ST. LOUIS – Saint Louis' Simon Becher and Patrick Schulte earned Atlantic 10 Conference Men's Soccer weekly honors, the league announced today.

Becher was named the A-10 Offensive Player of the Week, while Schulte picked up A-10 Defensive Player of the Week honors.

Becher scored in both games for SLU last week, a 2-0 win against Butler and a 3-1 victory versus Xavier. His tally against the Musketeers was the game-winner.

Schulte was sharp in goal in the two victories last week, making four saves in the shutout victory against the Bulldogs and two saves in the win over Xavier.

For the season, Becher is tied for the team lead with two goals. Schulte has two shutouts and a 0.59 goals against average.

The 4-1 Billikens are in action Tuesday night when they take on Columbia College (Mo). Game time at Hermann Stadium is scheduled for 6 p.m.
