St. Peters, Mo. - The Saint Louis swimming and diving squads swept the Lindenwood Invitational Saturday at the RecPlex in St. Peters, Mo. The Billikens topped the Illinois Institute of Technology, Lincoln College and host Lindenwood.

On the women's side, Kelly Tessar and Elena Ramirez helped the Billikens accumulate 175 points, well ahead of Illinois Institute of Technology (53), Lindenwood (44) and Lincoln (5).

Christopher Johansen enjoyed a good day in the pool on the men's side, helping SLU to 115.5 points. Lindenwood finished second with 75.5 points, followed by Illinois Institute of Technology (45) and Lincoln (41).

The Billikens will return to a dual-meet format on Sat., Feb. 4, when they travel to Charleston, Ill., to face Eastern Illinois. It is the final competition before the Atlantic 10 Championships on Feb. 15-18 in Buffalo, N.Y.
