THE BASICS

--Denisha Womack scored a season-high-tying 17 points to lead three Saint Louis double-digit scorers, and the Billikens rolled to a 79-50 Atlantic 10 Conference victory over Davidson Sunday afternoon at Belk Arena.

--The Billikens improved to 12-4 overall and 2-1 in the A-10. Davidson slipped to 7-9, 1-2.

HOW IT HAPPENED

--After Davidson's Kayla Seymour scored 10 early points to lift the Wildcats to a 12-4 lead, the Billikens scored on five straight possessions in a 12-0 run that gave them a 16-12 advantage.

--Davidson outscored Saint Louis 7-2 to take a 19-18 edge after one quarter.

--The Billikens began the second quarter on fire, scoring on their first seven possessions in a 17-0 outburst that put them on top 35-19. Jackie Kemph scored all 10 of her first-half points on four straight possessions during the run.

--SLU maintained a double-digit lead the rest of the second quarter and carried a 43-30 cushion to the locker room.

--A 15-2 spurt, with points on six consecutive possessions by five different players, ballooned the lead to 62-38 late in the third quarter.

--The Billikens led by as many as 32 points before settling for the final margin. 

BILLIKEN NOTABLES

--The win was the Billikens' sixth road triumph this season, tying the number of road victories they had all of last season.

--The Bills have eight victories by 10 or more points this year, tying the number of double-digit wins they had last season.

--The Billikens tied their season high with 10 3-pointers.

--SLU recorded a season best in 3-point percentage for a second consecutive game, hitting 10-of-17 (.588) after going 9-of-21 (.429) at VCU Thursday night. Seven different players hit at least one trey.

--The Bills also registered a season high for overall field goal percentage, hitting 30-of-57 (.526).

--Saint Louis earned a 27-10 edge in points off turnovers.

--Denisha Womack was 6-of-9 overall from the field, 2-of-3 from 3-point range and 3-of-3 from the foul line.

--Sadie Stipanovich scored 14 points on 6-of-11 shooting.

--Jackie Kemph was 5-of-7 from the field in her 12-point performance. Kemph added four assists.

--Olivia Jakubicek led the Billikens with seven rebounds, equaling her season high.

--Jamesia Price tied her career high with five steals, moving into third place on SLU's career list with 166 thefts. Price added eight points and five rebounds.

--Jordyn Frantz tallied eight points and three assists.

--Aaliyah Covington dished out a career-high four assists and had no turnovers.

--Jenny Vliet tied her season high with four assists.

--Shea Shipman recorded her first points as a Billiken, draining a 3-pointer late in the fourth quarter.
