BILLIKEN OUTLOOK

Saint Louis brought home a huge conference series victory against Fordham over the weekend, taking two-of-three and bringing themselves to eighth place in the conference, two games back of a spot in the tournament.

The Billikens will look to build off of their success over the weekend when they travel to Cape Girardeau, Missouri, for their second game of the year against SEMO. SLU defeated the RedHawks 15-6 on April 9 at Billiken Sports Center.

Drew Reveno will draw his sixth start of the season and fourteenth overall appearance Monday night. The senior is 0-1 with a 4.50 ERA. He's struck out 39 batters in 28.0 innings pitched.

Kevin Jordan had his best night of the season the last time the two teams met. He went 4-5 with a home run, triple, and two singles while driving in four and scoring three runs. The everyday shortstop is batting .221 on the season and leads the team with 25 RBIs.

Junior Jake Garella went 3-4 with one RBI and two runs scored in the previous meeting. The right-fielder is hitting .291 in 2019 with a teaming-leading 15 doubles. He has 21 RBIs and 21 runs scored.

Ryan Lefner broke the SLU career saves record on Friday, and he brought his total to 24 with his second save of the series on Saturday. Lefner has a 2.43 ERA on the season with three saves.

SCOUTING THE REDHAWKS

SEMO took the series finale from Tennessee Tech on Saturday, bringing their record to 17-23 on the season.

RHP Bryan McNeely will take the bump for the RedHawks on Monday. It'll mark his fourth start of the season and sixth overall appearance. The freshman carries a 5.02 ERA in 14.1 innings, and he does not have a decision on the year.

Tyler Wilber is having a career year, smacking 57 hits for a .425 average, including 14 doubles, three triples, one home run and only striking out 12 times. The sophomore has 25 RBIs and 30 runs scored on the year.

The Billikens defeated the RedHawks 15-6 earlier this season, bringing the all-time record to 29-34 in favor of SEMO.
