Patrick Schulte. In 13 matches, Schulte has posted a 0.53 goals against average, an .811 save percentage and five shutouts.
Â
Christian Buendia has scored three times, with all of his goals coming in conference play. His strike at St. Bonaventure served as the game-winning goal. Buendia also assisted on SLU's first goal in the home win against the Bonnies.
Â
Simon Becher is the Billikens' top goal scorer with five. He has dished out a pair of assists and enters the A-10 Championship with 12 points. Becher scored twice in the Billikens' home win against St. Bonaventure and tallied the game-winner against Lipscomb.
Â
Mujeeb Murana was an integral piece of the Billikens' back line and also contributed offensively, scoring three goals and adding an assist for seven points. Two of his goals were game-winners, including in a key nonconference win at Butler and last week in the win against Duquesne.
Â
Kipp Keller is a middle back on the Billikens' top-rated defense. Saint Louis has yielded just seven goals all season, which ranks in the top 10 in the NCAA. As a team, SLU has registered seven shutouts and has allowed opponents less than 10 shots per game. Keller also scored in the Billikens' win against Lipscomb and assisted on a goal at St. Bonaventure.
Â
John Klein is tied with Becher for the team lead in scoring with 12 points (4G, 4A). Two of his goals went for game-winners – in the A-10 opener against Dayton and the home victory against St. Bonaventure. Klein is the Billikens' active leading scorer with 37 career points (15G, 7A).
Â
Mason Leeth is third on the Billikens in scoring with nine points (3G, 3A). He made an immediate impact as a Billiken, scoring in the season-opening victory against Kansas City. Leeth scored the game-winning goal at Xavier, and registered game-winning assists against McKendree and Dayton.
Â
Schieffer has seen action in 12 games for the Billikens. He has already graduated with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from SLU and is currently working toward a master's degree in civil engineering.
Â
Saint Louis, the No. 2 seed in the A-10 Men's Soccer Championship, faces No. 3 Fordham on Thursday in the semifinals at Dayton's Baujan Field. Game time is 3 p.m. (CT) on ESPN+.
