The National Field Hockey Coaches Association announced Saint Louis as a recipient of the 2021 NFHCA Division I National Academic Team Award.

The award recognizes programs that earned a team grade-point average of 3.0 or higher during the fall semester of the current academic year.

SLU has achieved the honor in every season since 2014.

Earlier this season, 15 Billikens were tabbed to the National Academic Squad (story), while six were picked Scholars of Distinction (story).
