WASHINGTON, D.C. – Alyssa Koerkenmeier has been named the Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week for the fourth time this season, the league announced on Monday.
 
The center from St. Rose, Ill. averaged 18.0 points, 10.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 2.0 blocks per game last week, shooting 63.6 percent from the field.
 
Koerkenmeier recorded 19 points and eight rebounds at George Washington on Wednesday, before posting a 17-point, 12-rebound double-double at George Mason on Saturday afternoon. She was the leading scorer in both games.
 
Koerkenmeir is now one of just three players in the A-10 with eight or more double doubles this season.
