CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Four Billikens earned Atlantic 10 Baseball All-Tournament team accolades. Freshman outfielder Michael Bozarth, sophomore first baseman Mike Vigliarolo, senior Alex Kelly and senior Marco Mejia each earned the honor. Kelly was named the tournament's Most Outstanding Player.

Bozarth entered the tournament without a home run in his collegiate career. He managed to put three over the wall in the six games, tying the record for most HR in a single tournament. Overall, he was 11-for-25 with three doubles, nine runs and five RBIs.

Vigliarolo was one of the toughest outs in the Billiken lineup. He was 12-for-27 with three doubles, a homerun, three runs and two RBIs.

Mejia brought his game to the next level for the A-10 tournament. In his career, he had never thrown more than 2.1 innings in a single outing. Mejia threw outings of 4.0 and 3.0 innings in the tournament. He threw 8.1 innings without allowing a run, allowing three hits and striking out four. Opposing hitters were held to a .111 average against him.

Kelly had one of the top tournaments in Atlantic 10 history. He had a record 15 hits and the record for single-tournament RBIs with 13. Overall he was 15-for-28 with five doubles, two homeruns and went two-for-two in steals. His slugging percentage over the six games was .929 and his on-base was .533.

As a team, SLU shattered the tournament record for hits with 92. The previous record was 64. The squad also hit 8 home runs, another tournament record.
