- In the second point (1-1) of the fifth set, Megan Gilbert recorded her 1,000th kill. She is the 14th Billiken to achieve the feat.
- Danielle Rygelski came out strong with six kills in the opening set, leading SLU to a 25-16 win.
- Rygelski led the Billikens in set two with four kills as Saint Louis won 25-15.
- Megan Gilbert and Taylor Paulson each had three kills without an error in the third set, but SLU fell 26-24.
- Paulson had four kills on five attacks without an error in the fourth set, as GW equalized 27-25 to force a fifth set.
- Nenye Okoro paced SLU in the deciding set with five kills on seven attacks to lead the Billikens to a 15-13 fifth set win.
- Meredith Boe was the top Billiken at the service line with four aces in the match.
- Boe had 48 assists and moved into second all-time at SLU with 3,304 career assists.
- Mackenzie Long had 20 digs, the third-highest single match total for SLU this season.
