Saint Louis (25-15, 11-1 A-10) went toe-to-toe with a hot Eastern Illinois offense, but dug itself a deep hole early. The Billikens posted the first run of the game in the top of the first, but the Panthers responded with a six-run bottom half to take a 6-1 lead.
