Saint Louis defeated Sacred Heart 9-7 in 10 innings despite coughing up a four-run ninth inning lead on Saturday afternoon.

Drew Reveno started his first game of the season for the Billikens after going 10-2 as a starter in 2018. He threw 6.0 innings, allowing no runs, one hit and struck out nine Pioneer batters.

Shane Benes provided a spark to the offense, going 3-6, driving in three of the Saint Louis runs and scoring one.

Ben Livorsi smacked two hits, and he scored two runs.

Colten Schild walked three times on the afternoon and swiped two bases.

The Billikens are back in action tomorrow morning at 10:00 a.m. for a contest against Georgetown. Connor Lehmann will take the ball for Saint Louis.
