Saint Louis defeated Dayton 4-3 on Saturday afternoon to snatch their first conference win of the season.

Ryan Lefner won his second game of the year, pitching two innings of relief and giving up no runs.

Cody Luther made the start for the Billikens, throwing 5.0 innings, allowing two runs on seven hits and striking out four Flyer hitters.

Leadoff hitter Scott Youngbrandt smacked three hits on the afternoon and scored three of the team's four runs. He finished the day 3-4.

Cam Redding and Jake Garella both drove in a run.

The Billikens and Flyers will square off in the series finale on Sunday afternoon. First pitch is set for 12:00 p.m. CT.
