ST. LOUIS – The National Fastpitch Coaches Association recently announced that the Saint Louis University softball team's 3.632 grade point average for the 2021-22 academic year ranked 16th among NCAA Division I programs.

The top-20 ranking is Saint Louis' fifth in the last six years the GPA list has been announced (no NFCA awards were issued for the 2019-20 academic year due to COVID-19).

In addition, 14 Billiken softball student-athletes earned NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete accolades. Recognition is given to individuals who achieve at least a 3.5 GPA (4.0 scale) for the entire academic year.
