WASHINGTON, D.C. – Saint Louis freshman outfielder Hank Gomric has been named Atlantic 10 Conference Player of the Week, the league office announced Monday.

Gomric hit .533 (8-for-15) over four games, helping the Billikens to a 3-1 record.

The Belleville, Illinois, native went 3-for-3 with three RBIs in a run-rule victory over Rockhurst. He followed that performance with a 4-for-6 showing in Sunday's rubber match against top-ranked Davidson, driving in six runs and hitting two home runs, both season highs for any Atlantic 10 player.
